The elevator barely supports one person with a suitcase!!! No charging connections for devices. had to disconnect a lamp to plug in my phone!!! Front desk staff provided poor directions, worsening experience!!!

The hotel location was excellent for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions. My room, the Junior Suite, had a comfortable bed and a nice wood-like floor that I appreciated. Breakfast offered a decent spread with breads, meats, and fruits, providing variety. The staff was helpful and accommodating, addressing my queries promptly. However, I had to deal with some inconveniences. There was also black mold in the shower's grout, which was off-putting. Communication had its challenges since not all staff spoke English well, making some interactions a bit awkward. Also, the overall ambiance in the dining area next to the indoor pool had a strong chlorine smell that could be off-putting. Check-in times were strict, which was inconvenient after a long journey. Despite these issues, the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay overall.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, even when my Spanish failed me, they were patient while we communicated through Google Translate! The free snacks in the room were a delightful surprise, although I wish there was a coffee maker.
It wasn't really inexpensive but still decent for what you get.
